I am feeling so depressed. Don’t feel like working or doing anything. Just want to start drinking vodka. But I know i shouldn’t. It is killing me. Have to stay away from alcohol. It’s difficult. All I can think of is the bottle of Vodka sitting in my mini-bar. Can’t stop thinking of how good it would feel just to have one drink. One teeny tiny drink.
But the problem is - even if I do have that drink, it will not stop at just one drink. Before I know it I’ll start finding excuses to keep drinking. And tomorrow will be the same.
I don’t even get drunk nowadays. My body has adjusted to the alcohol. There is no pleasure - it just takes this depression away.
Maybe writing in this blog will make it easier for me to resist.

One of my favorite songs - M.I.A. Paper Planes, made famous by the the movie “Slumdog Millionaire”
I created a new Twitter account and within 2 mins I got a new porn bot follower. Wow - these porn bots move fast.
I linked my Tumblr blog to my new Twitter account and my old Facebook account. I am posting this to see if it appears on my Facebook and Twitter accounts. Hopefully it will appear in my Facebook and Twitter news feeds.
This is a new era of communications - a new frontier for traditional spammers. Now one can post in one location and update all their social networks. Isn’t technology fine?

I made that mistake. I invited my Boss and her Boss and almost all my colleagues on Facebook and Twitter. Most of them did not accept my invite, since they feel that hobnobbing with someone as junior as me is below their dignity. But some of them did - especially my Boss (I think she wants to keep tabs on what I do in my spare time). That was the beginning of the end of my Facebook and Twitter existence. I started being extra careful what I posted. I could crib and complain about work, I couldn’t network with potential employers or flirt openly. In short Facebook and Twitter ceased to be fun - they became mundane and lifeless. I can now only sit back and watch the newsfeed and see others having fun, but I am afraid to participate.
Moral of the story - Never invite your Boss on Facebook and Twitter.

Yesterday an Indian politician kicked up a major controversy when he called two senior Indian political bigwigs dogs. The politicians were very upset - they felt that they were insulted. However I feel it is an honour for Indian politicians if someone compares them to dogs. Dogs are loyal and honorable creatures, unlike politicians who have no honor and no loyalties. It is the dogs who should be insulted that they are being compared to Indian politicians.
All the animal activists of India should unite and protest this insult to dogs.
